Consultation
Study Commencement
During the initial stages of the project interested stakeholders including review agencies, the public, Indigenous communities, nearby landowners, municipalities, interest groups, and others are asked to review the project and to provide comments.

Study Completion
Following completion of the project study a Design and Construction Report (DCR) will be prepared and circulated for 30-day stakeholder review. If there are no outstanding concerns at the completion of the review period the project will be considered eligible for project construction.
